Upon doing so and earning his release, Erazor, having developed a new hatred of humanity from his time granting wishes, decided to absorb the stories of the Arabian Nights, increasing his power and erasing the world from existence. Long ago, he was sealed into his lamp as punishment for his great misdeeds he would not be forgiven or released from his curse until he granted the wishes of a thousand people.
